Return, Exchange and Refund PoliciesCustomers may return the LM3 for refund if it is in re-sellable condition and if Heliognosis is notified of this intent within 30 days of its arrival at the customer's address. Return shipping to Heliognosis is the responsibility of the purchaser. Units damaged in shipping will be repaired or replaced at Heliognosis' discretion. Heliognosis will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer only.WarrantyHeliognosis Experimental Life Energy Meters are warranted against defects of materials and workmanship, excluding abuse or misuse, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Heliognosis, at its option, will either repair or replace it with a unit of equivalent quality. In order to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must contact Heliognosis or an authorized dealer prior to the end of the warranty period. The customer is responsible for prepaid shipping to Heliognosis or its authorized dealer and must furnish proof of purchase that specifies the date of purchase. Heliognosis will pay return shipping charges within North America only. This warranty is given by Heliognosis in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Heliognosis disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Heliognosis shall not be liable for loss of use of the meter or other incidental or consequential damages, expenses or economic loss, or for any claim or claims for such damage, expenses or economic loss.
All consumer information is held in strict confidentiality and will not be sold or otherwise disclosed to any third party. Heliognosis may contact customers from time to time with catalogs, brochures or other information related to Heliognosis products.
